Enter the reference of Fantasia from the sales order or invoice with which the item was purchased. If no reference is known, the item will not be repaired under warranty.
Enter a clear description of the problem here.

If possible, also mention the cause of the defect or damage (e.g. sudden failure when switching on the lighting, flickering of the lamp, high temperature of the device, delivered with damage).
