Not replaceable led ≠ not repairable

The law in relation to EEI labels obligates us to indicate if the device is equipped with an integrated led module or not. If a device is equipped with a led module like this, then automatically the following notification "this device is equipped with a non replaceable led" appears on the EEI label.

We recently discovered that some clients hesitate to purchase these devices because they - unfairly - fear that they won't be able to be repaired anymore, if there would ever be a problem with the led.

Let us be clear: as good as every led luminaire with integrated led module can be repaired.

Some by the installer or salesperson themselves (for example our sedna led) and others by our technical department (for example the carax).

We do suggest you always let the repairs be handled by a professional person.
